Chef Adrian Bylewski
Chef Adrian Bylewski has spent a total of 17 years working in some of buffalos most successful kitchens, running his own food truck, catering company, and most recently working as an executive chef, operating the kitchen at The Buffalo Chophouse until early October 2023. He has also worked as a consulting chef for Major Food Group and celebrity Chef Mario Carbone, cooking for hundreds of guests at “Carbone Beach” for the F1 Grand Prix in Doha, Qatar. His style of cooking relies on thoughtfully sourced ingredients presented in both a creative and beautiful manner. Chef Adrian is currently working towards opening his first restaurant concept “Cast & Coal,” a live wood fire kitchen, as well as cooking privately.
